IN-HOUSE ELECTRIC COFFEE ROASTER

We roast our coffee on-site using a fully electric coffee roaster, allowing guests to watch the process firsthand. Unlike traditional gas-powered roasters, electric roasting uses precisely controlled hot air to gently roast the beans without direct flame contact, resulting in a cleaner, smoother flavor profile without the burnt taste often associated with darker roasts.
